Loved the fresh flowers throughout the hotel, it added a magical touch to the atmosphere. The service was perfect, the staff always greeted me by name and were friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was perfect, within walking distance to many attractions in the city.

Check-in took way too long, they couldn't find our reservation and it seemed like we were not given proper attention. The lack of tea-making facilities in the room was disappointing, especially for a five-star hotel.

We were impressed by the level of service at this luxury hotel. From the moment we arrived at the airport, we were taken care of with personalized attention. Our room was beautifully designed and had all the amenities we needed, including comfortable seating and a spacious work area. We also enjoyed dining at the onsite Michelin-starred restaurant, Le Cinq, and indulging in the divine hot chocolate for breakfast. The central location made exploring the city convenient, with many major attractions within walking distance. we highly recommend this hotel for an lovely experience.

We had the most amazing stay at this hotel. The service was perfect, from the friendly staff who always greeted us with a smile and remembered our names, to the attentive concierge team who made sure everything was perfect for my husband's birthday. The hotel facilities were great, with a beautiful gym and pool that we thoroughly enjoyed. The location was also great, only a short distance from major attractions like the Eiffel Tower. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious.

We had an amazing stay in a gorgeous shopping area, where we enjoyed the convenience of being able to walk to nearby shops. The location on a quieter street was a welcome reprieve from the crowds. The service was impeccable, with the concierge team organizing tickets for special events. The breakfast spread was delicious, and the views from the restaurant were breathtaking. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with luxurious amenities.

The power cut incident was a minor inconvenience that was quickly resolved.

The Christmas decorations were fine, creating a festive and magical atmosphere throughout the hotel. The location of the hotel was perfect, situated in a prime area near popular attractions and shops, making it convenient for exploring and shopping. The staff were attentive. They were very good too make sure our Christmas experience was lovely.

The breakfast options were limited, and we found the buffet to be quite underwhelming compared to the a la carte menu. The balcony in our room was not very private, as it lacked any sort of partition from the neighboring balconies, limiting our enjoyment of the outdoor space.

We recently stayed at a luxurious hotel in Paris and were blown away by the exclusive amenities provided. the Spa & wellness centre was the perfect way to unwind after a long day exploring the city. the massage and full body treatment were exceptional and left us feeling rejuvenated. the heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, and steam room provided a complete relaxation experience. the location was ideal, close to many popular attractions.

We did find that the lighting in the Spa & wellness centre was too bright and could have been softer. this was only a minor issue and did not detract from our overall experience at this hotel.

I decided to have a full body massage and it was one of the best I've ever had. the professional and attentive staff anticipate your every need, making your stay as comfortable as possible. the location advantages of this venue are also worth mentioning, as all the main attractions of the city are within a short distance.

Excellent service and attention to detail at the Four Seasons. The staff were really good too make sure our stay was flawless. The breakfast buffet was superb with freshly baked breads and high-quality ingredients. The beautiful Christmas decorations added to the overall ambiance. Although there were some minor hiccups with the check-in process and coffee service, these did not overshadow our wonderful experience. I highly recommend this hotel for its elegance and excellent service.
